Refund Policy

Tips

Tips are non-refundable. Exception: verified unauthorized transactions resulting from account compromise or stolen payment methods, handled through Stripe's dispute process or by contacting legal@driftgallery.io.

Recipes (AI Art Prompts)

All Recipe sales are final. Because Recipe content is text-based and delivered instantly in full upon purchase, Recipes are non-refundable.

The only exception is verified unauthorized transactions (account compromise or stolen payment methods).

Not eligible for exception: Subjective quality dissatisfaction, variations in AI output between tools or sessions, buyer changed their mind, or the Recipe was delivered as described.

Note: AI-generated output is inherently variable. The same prompt may produce different results depending on your tool version, settings, hardware, and random seed. This is how AI art tools work — it is not a product defect.

If you experience a technical delivery failure (payment succeeded but no content was delivered), contact legal@driftgallery.io and we will resolve the issue within 5 business days.

Blueprints (Full Workflows)

Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Files are broken or corrupted and cannot be opened
  • Content is materially different from the description
  • Blueprint is empty or substantially incomplete
  • Purchase was unauthorized (account compromise)

Not eligible for refund:

  • Subjective quality dissatisfaction
  • Buyer's hardware or software limitations
  • Change of mind
  • Blueprint was delivered as described
  • Variations in AI output

How to Request a Blueprint Refund

Email legal@driftgallery.io with your purchase details (transaction ID, product title, date) and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

Non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel anytime from Settings. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Abuse Prevention

Excessive refund or chargeback activity (3 or more instances within 90 days) may result in suspension of purchasing privileges or account termination. Patterns of purchasing content, accessing or copying it, and then requesting refunds or filing chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in permanent account termination.
